How to get there
You can fly from Glasgow to Benbecula and hire cars can be booked. Most guests travel by ferry. The most popular route is Uig on Skye to Lochmaddy. However it's also possible to sail from Leverburgh on Harris to Berneray - a small island off North Uist connected by causeway. 30 minutes drive from the house. Another option is to sail to Lochboisdale and drive up the island chain and causeways for just over an hour. We recommend our guests book ferry crossings as soon as their holiday plans are set.
