From the airport, just hop in a cab and tell him to drive you to Urban Homes Condominium in Tipolo, Mandaue... a little after San Miguel Corporation.
So while in the taxi, if you noticed the San Miguel Corp on your right, you know you are very near to the condo already... just after the skywalk after San Miguel. According to GrabTaxi, when your trip is metered, you should pay roughly P175 or a little more depending on traffic condition. You need to text and inform me if the taxi bill is way too expensive already. Then your ride should be roughly 30-40 minutes at least. If you don't mind paying a little more, you can take the Yellow Airport Taxi, just right there after you exit the arrival terminal. As another option, you can take a little walk towards outside of the terminal building to get the white-colored taxis. They are metered taxi and just do the arrangement before you hop in.

From the seaport, you can take a cab and do the same. But this time, from the seaport, Urban Homes is just before San Miguel Corp.

Our condo is just a walking distance from the highWay fronting Goodyear in Tipolo. If you're from cebu city side towards Manduae, we're at the left side and Good year is on your right side.
if you're from Mandaue City side heading Cebu city, we're on the right side and good year is on the left.
