How to get there
Directions from the North & South: Leave the M6 at junction 36, then at roundabout take the 1st exit onto the A590 (signposted Kendal, Barrow). Continue forward onto the A591 (signposted Windermere). At roundabout take the 2nd exit onto the A591 (signposted Windermere). Continue forward on the A591 through Stavely and Ings before entering Windermere. At mini-roundabout continue forward (signposted Ambleside). Follow A591 for a couple of miles and White Cross Bay is on the left. If you have a SAT NAV use the following postcode – LA23 1LF.
