Penzance is the nearest train station - just 5 mins (£5) taxi ride from the house.
The trains run directly from London and further north to Penzance. There is a also a large bus station. There is a bust stop 1 minute from the house - no need for a car.
The nearest airport in Newquay - 45 mins or Exeter - 1.5 hours or Bristol - 3 hours.
