How to get there
Turn off the A6 Bakewell to Matlock Road onto the B5056 signposted for Ashbourne and Youlgrave. After 2 miles turn left and follow the signs for Ashbourne. After 800 yds turn left again signposted Stanton In Peak. On entering the village, Lathkill Cottage is the 3rd cottage on the left. (If you reach the village pub you have passed the cottage and need to turn around).
