If you come by car, Cromford is reached easily via the M1 motorway and the A6. Or you can take the train - Cromford railway station is about 20 minutes walk from the cottage. Trains run from Derby every half hour. Local buses run from the end of the footpath that passes the cottage, or from the main road that goes into Matlock.

Although there is no parking outside the cottage itself, off road parking is available nearby. More details will be sent on request or at time of booking.
