From the highway after toll take a left toward Rovinj (16 km). Keep going straight passing Rovinjsko Selo (through 2 rotors after it) and at third rotor when you hit the sea (on right) and see the St. Eufemia church in historic center, go 1/2 around third rotor (MIRNA) and instead of going straight into Valdibora harbor, go left up the hill, up the street called Vienac brace Lorenzetto.
The villa is a sienna orange colored elegant Italian building on the left, approximately 70 meters from the rotor. Continue up the hill for another 50 meters and there on the left, after the Valalta Discont food mart (also on left) is a public parking lot. Park (have at least 5 kunas in coin to park) and walk back to Villa Mara. White door #17. Ring the upper bell(II).
