There are numerous day boat hire locations and skippered tour boat trips available within a short walk of the cottage - less than 10 minutes. You can even moor your day boat outside the cottage to collect your cool box without carrying it to the boat yard. Connections are good - apart from road there is a park and ride just to the north of Norwich, a railway station in Wroxham and good bus routes.
