From London and the South.M25 to M11 towards Cambridge, and take the next junction (J9) 15 miles after Bishop's Stortford onto the A11 to Norwich. Approaching Norwich cross the A47 and continue into Norwich until the ring round and turn left onto it. At Norwich ring road turn left onto it and then continue on local route belowFrom Norwich ring road: (local route)Follow the ring road and take the A1151 (brown Tourist sign to Wroxham) approx 8 miles to Wroxham & Hoveton. After crossing over the railway bridge and mini roundabout, on entering Wroxham, take the second right turn into The Avenue. After about 220yds take a left turn into Staitheway Road and follow this down towards the boatyard. At a sharp right bend carry straight on into the private signed “Peninsula Cottages”.
