Vila da Praia is within a 10m walk from the main bus stop and taxi rank of Alvor (very close to the local pharmacy). From here you can take a bus or taxi to visit other beautiful towns such as Praia da Rocha (5km away), Portimão (10km) Lagos (25km), Albufeira (45km), Vilamoura/Quarteira (60km) or Quinta do Lago (75km). From here you can also take the bus to the water parks such as Zoomarine, Slide & Splash, Aqualand or Aquashow. If you wish to stay in Alvor, you will not need to rent a car but if you wish to do sightseeing and take your time, a car rental is recommended. You can park your car inside the complex.
