How to get there
Burgau is easily reached from Faro airport via the A22 motorway, when guests book we send them an easy to follow set of directions. If you would rather not drive there are lots of transfer and public transport options, just let us know and we can point you in the right direction. If you are not passing through the airport, the village is easily accessible from all other parts of Portugal and from the Spanish border, again just let us know where you are travelling from and we can provide simple directions.

Getting around
Burgau is very well connected to all parts of Portugal and beyond, the modern A22 motorway takes you to within 10 minutes of the village and leads quickly from there to Faro airport with equally easy access to both Lisbon and the Spanish border. There is a good network of inexpensive public transport services and a number of private transport providers, including Uber.
