How to get there
Los Organos is located halfway between Talara and Tumbes. You can only get here by road as it has the Panamericana Hwy passing right thru its middle. Due to its location, it is super easy to catch a bus from Lima, Tumbes, Piura, or Guayaquil (Ecuador.) In fact, if you have the time and rather take a leisurely trip to get here, the bus is an excellent alternative! Otherwise you can fly here from Lima to either the Piura airport or Talara airport (recommended as this one is only a 45 minute drive.)

Getting around
Transportation: * We can secure transportation for you (at your expense) like transfers to/from the airport (Talara is preferable as it is closest, or Piura or Tumbes), moto-taxis, and taxis. Just let us know. * Moto-taxi is a quick, inexpensive way to move around town in Los Organos, usually 3 soles each way. * Taxi: if you want to go to Mancora, take a taxi. Moto-taxi drivers will tell you they can take you, we don’t recommend it for safety reasons. The Pan-American Highway is what unites Organos to Mancora so you don’t want to be caught in a moto-taxi while a semi truck is passing you by. * For moto or taxi options, if you could agree for them to pick you up after a certain time (from where they drop you) would be ideal.
