How to get there
From the M5 take the A379 following signs for Dawlish.
At Cockwood Harbour turn left passed The Anchor (proper old pub) and head for Dawlish Warren.
Go through the resort and up the hill. Just past the Mount Pleasant pub you will see the sign for Blue Water on your right (opposite Langstone Cliff Hotel).
