Leaving Dublin head for the M50 take exit 9 to Cork/Limerick. After about 100km you will come to a toll where you pay €1.90 (valid May 2016). Then road junction goes left fork for Cork saying M8. Exit then on Junction 5 for Thurles. Leave the motorway here and drive about 6 miles to Thurles. See The Anner Hotel on LHS. Turn R at next RAB(roundabout) and head 300 metres to T Junction. Turn R there and drive 3km out a country road passing Shanahans tyres on the LHS and also Sinead Ni Riain photographer also on LHS. Shortly after that see row of small single storey cottages on RHS and thereafter large grey stone wall and black gates. Instructions for the house keys will be given by phone.
