B4035 from Banbury toward Shipston on Stour..

Through Broughton follow the road (for about a mile ) up the Right handed hill.

When you see the sign Lower Tadmarton on the left hand side , Slow down and indicate right.

Down the lane over the bridge ahead is a farm house on the right a bungalow, on the left a thatched detached cottage.

We are the first semi detached cottage on the right and Lavender cottage is the 2nd.
