How to get there
Corniwillin Cottage is in a quiet, one-way residential street.
Please note - there is no parking at Corniwillin. Pull up outside, take your luggage in and then park (we usually use the Honestone Street carpark, just 2 minutes walk away). Tourist parking permits are available from Torridge District Council for £20 per week (valid for ALL Torridge Council car parks throughout the period purchased, with the exception of Northam Burrows). It's easiest to book in advance (allow at least 3 working days), but if you're making a last-minute booking, just let us know and we'll let you know how to get one in a hurry lol Buy a pass in advance online from Torridge District Council.

Getting around
Buses are plentiful in the local area and trains can be caught from Barnstaple or Exeter. Check local listings or our leaflet rack for routes and timetables. For real freedom and range, a car is the best option, but not necessary, especially if Bideford itself is where you're coming to visit - the whole town can be reached on foot from the cottage. Bideford is in a valley - please remember there are hills wherever you go in this part of the world! They give a great workout!
