Coming to Neive (historic village), go to Santo Stefano Belbo/Castagnole delle Lanze for 4 km (via Romano Scagliola, SP3).

At the end/beginning of Cuneo provincia di Asti, turn left.

Take the first street on your left (dirt road) and turn right.

DIRECTIONS Arriving from Asti (direction to Cuneo), exit CASATAGNITO and follow the direction/Barbaresco Mango and go straight to Neive.

On entering the village of Neive (CN), take the direction to Santo Stefano Belbo/Asti/Castagnole Lanze, during road-Scagliola Roman PROVINCIAL ROAD 3 (4 km).

To sign end province of Cuneo-beginning province of Asti, turn left into VIA PALLARETO, 15.

Take the first left and then right.

The RELAIS: The dream becomes reality with the renovation of this typical farmhouse in the mid 700 's and sharing with anyone the pleasure of staying in this wonderful land, a Unesco World Heritage site. Our country house is situated in Neive, one of the most beautiful villages of Italy, and stands on its own grounds of about 3 hectares mainly cultivated with vines, nuts and kernels. The part allocated to the rooms and the breakfast room and kitchen is facing South-East, while our House is located on the upper floor of the opposite Wing, with the arches, which is the old barn. The renovation was carried out in full respect of the building elements and materials typical of the Piedmont tradition and the original structure. The farmstead, called "Podere Palaretto", as it reads on inscription on a marble facades, is located about two kilometers from the historic town centre of Neive. We wanted to convey to anyone who loves the Langhe, Roero and Monferrato or, both eager to discover this area, all the charm that has led us to invest in this new adventure.

The RELAISThe dream of a lifetime becomes real with the renovation of this traditional L-shaped farmstead dating back to the mid-18th century and the chance to share this astonishing land, Unesco world heritage, with anyone willing to. Our country house is located in Neive, one of the most beautiful villages of Italy, on a 3 hectares property mainly cultivated with vine, walnut and hazelnut. The guest rooms, the breakfast room and the kitchen are facing south-east, whereas our family lives in the opposite wing, the one with arcades that used to be the hay loft, on the first floor. The renovation works have been carried out in full respect of the building elements and materials typical of the piedmont tradition and the original structure. The farmstead, everything denominated dollars "Podere Palaretto" according to the inscription on marble to be found on one of the facades, is 2 km away from the historic center of Neive. Our ambition is to share with all of you who love the Langhe, Roero and Monferrato or wishes to discover these territories, the fascination that drove us into this new adventure.
