On the Autostrada del Sole, motorway A1 Florence-Rome section, take the Chiusi - Chianciano Terme exit and take the way to Chiusi. After few kilometers turn on the right "Cetona" direction. When you arrive to Cetona town turn on the left "Piazze" direction. After about 3,5 kilometers, on the left side of the road, you find an indicator "AGRITURISMO CHIETENO". Take this way and after about 1 kilometer you find farmhouse.
