There is a beautiful beach just 2 blocks from our condo. Also, the famous Playa Mamitas is just within a 10 minute walk. If you want to go to nearby beaches, you will find fantastic places on the highway between Playa del Carmen and Tulum, a 90 minute stretch of great beaches such as Akumal, Xpu-Ha and Tulum. Regarding dinning and shopping, the condo is just 2 blocks away from 5a Avenida (5th Avenue) where the best restaurants and shops can be found. There are options for every budget, a wide variety of cuisines and settings, and a lot of stores that go from the very traditional ones to acquire a Mexican souvenir to beautiful malls with upscale shops.
