How to get there
Travel the best way for your holiday.
Flights to Dinard daily.
Ferry from Portsmouth to Caen, Cherbourg or St Malo all at different times and some fast ferries operate during peak season.
Drive directly via the Channel tunnel and super smooth highways on the French side.
You can also fly to Paris and catch a train to Vire, which is only 10 klm away from the Barn. We have done this trip and picked up a car hire in Vire itself.

Getting around
A car is a must .... there is little public transport in rural France. Luckily we are a comfortable drive from airports or ferries. Traffic in this part of France is very light, motorways are great and move quickly. Parking is rarely a problem .... except in smaller towns on their market days, so get in early!
