Getting around
The Condo is a short 5 minute walk to the famous 5th avenue and its many shops and restaurants. The condo is also only about nine blocks from a full service grocery store and two block from a 24 hour a day OXOX. All this with just a few yards to the beach itself. A beach that you can walk miles with having to leave the sand.
