There is a bus from the airport to Playa del Carmen where you can get a taxi to Puerto Aventuras. The bus and cab should cost about $60 TO QUINTA  LUNA 204/PUERTO AVENTURAS, MEXICO OUR PROPERTY MANAGER CAN GET YOU PRIVATE AIRPORT TRANSPORTATION UPON REQUEST. HE CAN ALSO HELP YOU WITH CAR RENTAL.

Total Distance from Cancun Airport to Quinta Luna/Puerto Aventuras: approx 75km.

Check and/or set your rental car odometer

Exit airport (airport road approximately 2-3 km), road takes you to Federal Highway 307.

Bear RIGHT toward Tulum and Chetumal BEFORE overpass (do NOT go over the overpass)

The divided four lane highway will take you through Puerto Moreles, Playa del Carmen, Xcaret & Pamul.

After the signs for Pamul you will next notice the entrance to the Hard Rock Hotel and Resort on the left.

Follow the signs to Puerto Aventuras Pueblo.

Stay to your right.  You don’t want to go over the overpass (but if you do, there’s a Retorno (Turnaround) about a kilometer down the road).  

You’ll see a sign to Puerto Aventuras pointing to the right, right after a speed bump.  DON’T take it!  (That’s the Mayan Puerto Aventuras.)  

Continue straight a few hundred feet and take the left turn that takes you to the other side of the road (going back toward Cancun).  

You’ll see a sign that says DREAMS (The name of a hotel)/Puerto Aventuras.  Right after this sign, past the Le Gas gas station, is the entrance to your Puerto Aventuras.

After going through the entrance gate, go straight ahead through the commercial area of Puerto Aventuras.  Follow signs for the Catalonia hotels, Yucatan Beach and Riviera Maya, on your right.  Just past Riviera Maya, turn RIGHT on Bahaha Kantenah. (This drive, from the main gate to Quinta Luna should take approximately 5 - 10 minutes. You will be presented with three opportunities to make a Right turn, DON'T !! Continue going relatively straight ahead even though the road curves a bit to the left.)

Drive a short distance (toward the ocean) over a bridge, Quinta Luna is immediately on the right.

You are now in paradise. Enjoy!
