Alcazaba Beach is easily reachable from Malaga airport by car, taxi or bus (direct or via Marbella).

From Málaga airport via AP-7 toll road, 45 minutes:

Take AP-7 motorway direction Algeciras; leave motorway at exit Estepona and enter A-7 motorway until exit 158 (Estepona-Palacio de Congresos).

At the roundabout, take the 3rd turning direction A-7 (Estepona-Málaga). Upon reaching Punta Pinillos roundabout, take the 2nd turning to Urbanización Alcazaba Beach.

From Estepona:

Take Avenida del Litoral (coastal road). Upon reaching the 3rd roundabout, take the first turning to Urbanización Alcazaba Beach.
