How to get there
Fly to Palma de Mallorca Airport, then best to get a hire car. Can take as little as 40 minutes, but expect an hour. Going back to the airport can take longer if its rush hour in Palma.

Getting around
Cars can be rented at Palma Airport to get to La Vinya, and also locally. Also locally is bike rental. The route to both Port de Pollença and Pollença town is on cycle paths separate from the main road and there are lots of country roads to explore where traffic is light and travels slowly. then there are the mountain roads for the keen cyclists. There is a bus stop at the end of the main road that goes between the Port and Palma, they run pretty regularly to a published timetable, so walking/driving/riding is not needed at all.
