Bikes are great around our beach town, whether to go for ice cream, coffee, lunch or dinners. There is wonderful grocery shopping for last minute items or for delicious pre-prepared meals within walking distance. Pharmacy, dining, wine bar and music are all available within walking distance. An automobile is necessary for going shopping on the mainland or longer distance trips. The city provides a small bus through the barrier island and to the main locations on the mainland but this Trolly style transport runs only on the hour and during business hours.
