The Chapel is easy to get to from all parts of the UK with it's proximity to the A47, the Leicester to Peterborough Road. East Midlands Airport is the closest Airport, with Stanstead and Birmingham being closest after that. Rutland is very centrally located within the UK.

Getting around
It's preferable to have a car as Wing is a small village with only a limited bus service. Many local Taxi firms available. It's possible to walk to Rutland Water, if you are fairly fit, but it is a climb to return as Wing is on a hill overlooking The Chater Valley. By car it's about 5 mins to the nearest point on Rutland Water or 20 mins or so to the opposite shore. Nearby Shaws Coaches run outings all over the UK. Trains run from Oakham, 10 mins away by road, or Kettering, which is about half an hour by road.
