Wilderness kayaking from the house, fishing from the house, beaches at Noosaville (5 mins) and Hastings Street (12 mins) or swim in front of the house, surfing on Noosa Main Beach, restaurants and cafes at Noosa Marina (4 mins) Noosaville and Hastings Street (restaurants are really world class), gorgeous coffee and muffin stalls along the river banks at Noosaville, river cruises, visit famous Eumundi markets, Sunshine Coast theme parks, day trips to Fraser Island and Noosa Everglades, walk in Noosa National Park. Then there is 4WD driving up the never ending ocean beach (drive up the beach to Double Island Point or through to Rainbow Beach, stopping for a fish in the surf where a gutter looks good, explore the Cooloola NP sand tracks.
