Do not use a Sat Nav for directions.

From the A57 at Saxilby, turn right on the bridge signposted Skellingthorpe and follow the canal.

Bear right over the railway line past Wilcox Farm, and about another mile on look for a tarmac lane on your right hand side.

There is a signpost on the left which reads Old Wood North. Turn into this lane, which is a single track with passing places.

Broadleaf House is the third property on the right.

The house sign reads 'The Limit'.

From the A46 turn left at the roundabout signposted Skellingthorpe, past Daisymade Ice Cream Parlour and drop down into the village.

After 1.5 miles, turn right at the triangle by the Post Office and Co-op.

Pass the Plough Pub and follow the sharp right hand bend.

Please note: Do not follow the sign that reads 'Old Wood South'.

Go past The Stone Arms pub, continue on the road out of the village for about half a mile and look for a signpost on the left reading; 'Old Wood NORTH'

Follow this sign and turn into the lane.

This is a single track with passing places and Broadleaf House is the third property on the right.

The house sign reads 'The Limit'.
