The house is situated in a peaceful rural area and yet only 1.5 kms outside Loule. However, we on top of a hill and although guests have walked into town the climb back up is not for the infirm !!! That is why we recommend you have a car to experience the best of the area to explore the local towns and even visit Cape St Vincent which is the most westerly point in mainland Europe. If walking or bird watching is your thing you won't be disappointed. Bee eaters nest in the walls beside the road up to us and we even have a little owl nesting on the property
