How to get there
We are located just down the road from VENA CAVA

FROM VENA CAVA VINICOLA:
Proceed past their entrance another 1/4 mile. We
are the last place on the right, at the last electrical
pole. We have a brick colored sliding wrought iron
gate and tall trees and bougainvilleas along the fence. The name of our ranch is
Rancho Querencia.
South from Tijuana on Mexico Highway 1:
Take free road turnoff at La Mision (La Fonda). After about a mile, the road turns inland.
In about 13 miles you will see signs to head east to Valle de Guadalupe, Ruta del Vino.
Once you pass Montefiore and Bibayoff Wineries, and before you get to El Cielo
Winery, turn right onto a dirt road at the signs to VENA CAVA. Follow the signs to
VENA CAVA (about 1 1/2 miles).
South from Tecate on Mexico Highway 3: When you arrive at the fork in the road at
Francisco Zarco, keep right at the fork and continue past the gas station. Straight ahead
through the towns of Francisco Zarco and Ejido El Porvenir. About 1/4 mile past
VINICOLA EL CIELO, turn left at the first opportunity onto a graded gravel road. Follow
the signs to VENA CAVA (about 1 1/2 miles).
North from Ensenada on Mexico Highway 3: Go through the small town of San
Antonio de Las Minas (located at the only stoplight in the valley), continue north about 3
miles past the turnoff to El Tigre), then turn left at the turnoff to El Porvenir at km 87.5
(across from the small store called El Caminante) onto a dirt road. Follow the signs to
VENA CAVA (about 4 miles).

Getting around
We have a secure parking area just outside your suite. You will need a car to get around. The main highways are paved, but many of the roads to the wineries and restaurants are graded dirt or gravel. We can also provide information on guided wine country tours private drivers, and a private car service from San Diego. Limited Uber service is available in the valley as well.
