From North: A1 Motorway Firenze-Certosa. Head towards Siena take the exit Siena South following signs to Cassia-Rome-buonconvento-Buonconvento. After about 8 km you reach Isola d'arbia, drive over the level crossing and after 200 m turn left and follow the directions for Salteano-Casavacanze Vesta. You walk about 2 km of dirt track road.

From South: Highway A1 direction Florence. exit Valdichiana-Siena continue towards Siena. After a few kilometres, you will meet the village Taverne d'arbia, continue for another 2 km until you reach a roundabout. Here turn left and follow the directions Roma-SS2 Cassia-buonconvento. Continue for a few more kilometers until you reach Isola d'arbia, then as above.
