The property is 1 mile west of Ripley Ohio on scenic Rt. 52 located on the north side of the road and the river is across the road. It is 1 hour from Cincinnati on Rt. 52 and 20 minutes south of Georgetown Ohio. Lexington Ky. is 75 minutes south of Ripley.

Getting around
You can park your boat at my barn 1 mile from the a-frame and launch from the free village launch 2 blocks from my barn. You will need a car to go into town it is i mile and walk/jog able but Rt. 52 can be a busy road and there are not sidewalks.
