At end of M5 motorway at Exeter, junction 31, take A30 to "Bodmin + Oakhampton".

After 10 miles you arrive at "Woodleigh junction" turn left off here signposted to "Cheriton Bishop". In half a mile you enter the village,take 1st left immediately before the "Old Thatch Inn", signed "Clifford Bridge".

Follow the lane for 2 miles Turn right to "Clifford Bridge"

The road descends for about a mile to the crossroads at Clifford Cross, Go straight on and in a few yards you arrive at the bridge.Immediately after the bridge turn left and there is the phone box just inside the park. There is no gate or sign.

Follow the drive through the meadow and no 14 is the 2nd lodge on the left.
