How to get there

There is parking for at least 2 cars off road and arrangement is possible sometimes for more vehicles, but discussion appreciated.

The cottage is 20 minutes from the M4, Junction 43 and 45, but located in a quiet hamlet, surrounded by countryside and walks from the door.

A car really is highly advised, but it may warrant discussion.

Cardiff airport is just under an hour away by car.

Neath train Station is 5 miles away with an hourly service on the London to Swansea line.

Getting around

Due to the places that guests come to see in Wales and Seasonal weather, then a car is essential. That said, it is possible for the driver to have a day off and still explore, but with a greater degree of planning than the freedom that our own vehicle provides. Neath Train station is 4 miles away, easy parking and an hourly service to Cardiff makes for a full day trip either to the city centre Castle, Art Gallery & Museum or a further short boat trip to Cardiff Bay. Or to the West the train travels down to the market town of Carmarthen and beyond. Park an easy 10 minutes away by car, catch a bus up to Brecon, a very picturesque journey from the Neath valley and over into the Upper Swansea valley through the Beacons National Park.
