How to get there

Sat Nav's often take people to the Train Station! If you would like the post code for your Sat' Nav" it is 'NR11 8PA'.
If you are travelling from Roughton, up the B1436, you will see a footpath on your right, when you get to the village hall the footpath will stop. the road then goes to the left and then bends to the right, the entrance to Flaxmans Farm is just around the right hand bend.
The Parking is off road and secure.
Getting around
There are busses but a car is recommended. If you are looking for a beach Cromer is the nearest, with a lovely old theatre on the pier, that is well worth a visit. Cromer is a typical victorian sea-side town, with crab fishing boats, Pubs, ice cream, and lovely 'fresh fish & chip' shops. Holkam Gap is just up the coast along, as is Victorian Sheringham and Overstrand (with a steep climb down the cliff it has dog friendly beaches). Dog friendly beaches are all along the coast, apart from the beaches that are in the towns. Bacton beach is one that we use with the 'Poachers Pocket,' a dog friendly Pub, serving food, overlooking the beach.
