London City Airport.. Less than 10 minutes away. Using the metro/DLR.
Standstead Airport.. From 40 minutes by taxi.. Or 1hour 30mins..Bus and metro.. I have done the journey in less time.. but I know where I'm going. Use National Express bus to Stratford International.. cheapest and quickest.
Gatwick Airport.. From 45 minutes by taxi.. Or 1 hour 30mins.. Train to London Bridge and Train to Woowich Arsenal.. ask for the cheapest ticket to London Bridge..
Heathrow Airport.. From 55 minutes by taxi.. Or 1hour 50mins by metro.

Getting around
Train and DLR/metro stations, both called Woolwich Arsenal are 4 mins from the house. There is the Woolwich Market Square with its fruit & veg market and shops.. the town centre has plenty of cafes and an enormous variety of shops. Boat Service.. 3 mins from house..The best way to travel into London is on the Thames Clipper boat service.. This runs all day at weekends and holidays.. during the week there is a limited service during the day.. but if you are going to see the sights, you should get going early.. have a coffee and croissant on the boat. There are a lot of bus routes running nearby.. check on tfl's site. There really are too many to mention.
