The main road into Truro is the A30. When travelling West to Cornwall on the A30 take the second exit onto the A39 towards Truro,Trispen (about 3 miles before there is a steep descent passing MacDonalds on the opposite carriageway). At the next roundabout take the first exit onto Newquay Road. At the end of the road turn right onto Tregolls Road (downhill). At the roundabout take the second exit onto Malpas road. Scobles terrace is a row of cottages 1.8 miles along the road on the left hand side before the pub.
