Our 188 acre beach community is an ideal vacation haven. You’ll find a cozy, comfy, relaxed atmosphere and enjoy a private oceanfront parking area with direct beach access. There are so many fun things to do in and around the Village that you’ll never want to leave. Enjoy swimming in our large outdoor pool or the indoor pool, exercise at the fitness center (nominal fee applies), stop by the library for a book or access your email on one of our computers. There’s always plenty of fun to be had at the playground, basketball court, tennis courts, volleyball court, baseball field, horseshoe pits, or at the bocce court. Go fishing in the common area lakes, play golf at Tupelo Bay, or play miniature golf at Runaway Bay.
