How to get there
Since the island is developed vertically, and the villa is located in the historical center (pedestrian area), in a panoramic position, there are steps to reach it: it is not too strenuous, but for active people!
HOW TO GET TO THE VILLA
From Naples Airport take a Alibus or taxi to the port of Naples "Beverello". There are ferries to Capri every 20/30 minutes, the crossing takes 45 minutes.
From the port of Capri, take the funicular that leads to the famous "Piazzetta", the island's main square. From the square, you will reach the villa with a walk of less than 10 minutes.
If your luggage are quite heavy, you can find a porter service (blue vans) on the quay, or next to the parking of the bus, near the square: they will bring your luggage

Getting around
The villa is very close to the "Piazzetta" (200 mt), the heart of Capri and of the island life: in this area there are shops, restaurants, bars, grocery stores, etc. Public transport to reach every side of the island is frequent and super efficient. On the island of Capri is absolutely not recommended to rent a car: it's not easy to drive on the winding roads, and finding parking is impossible. Capri is well connected to Naples, Sorrento and the Amalfi Coast, with a daily ferry service.
