Navigation from A38

From the A38 take the A3121 sign posted Modbury. You can either travel via Modbury taking signs for Kinsgbridge & Salcombe or take the more direct & quicker route on the B3196 via Loddiswell and Kingsbridge. Via this route it’s only 20 mins of non-motorway/dual carriage way Devon country lanes which vary in width constantly, you may have to give way to traffic.

From the A381 Kingsbridge to Salcombe road take a sharp right turn at Malborough village (just before the TEXACO garage on left). This takes you through old Malborough village, and sign posted to Soar Mill Cove. Carry on this road ignoring signs to Hope Cove. Salcombe Retreat is sign posted and will be found on the right hand side about 2 miles from Malborough.
