Harlech is easily accessible by road or rail from the Midlands, Northwest and South Wales. By road from the Midlands head towards Dolgellau along the A494. When you get to Dolgellau pick up the signs to Porthmadog, then follow the road to Barmouth is signposted all the way. Pass through Barmouth and head for Harlech. The house is located off the main A496 coast road between Harlech and Porthmadog. From Barmouth drive up the coast through the village of Dyffryn Ardudwy then just a few miles onto Harlech. There is a main line railway station just a few minutes walk from the house. We do send more detailed directions to guests nearer the time and you can see the location on the google map.
