How to get there
Heading north up the A1, go past two turns for Seahouses and instead take
the Preston Towers/Chathill turn-off, a right-hand turn off the motorway
(it's faster). Turn left at the first T-junction, then keep on that road and
it will eventually lead into Seahouses.
When you come into the village from the south (from Beadnell), turn left at the first big roundabout, then first left again after Travelsure. [If you are arriving from the north (from Bamburgh), turn right at the first roundabout, away from the harbour, then straight over the second roundabout]. Again, turn first left after Travelsure.
Getting around
All the amenities of Seahouses village are on the doorstep. There is a bus which travels north and south along the beautiful Northumberland coastline. To get the most from the areas beyond Seahouses, a car is a real bonus.
