The centre of Drepano is only 5 minutes walking from Maria's Filoxenia Suites and it is full of taverns, grill houses, specialized in meat, but also restaurants with all kind of food for every taste, bakeries, super markets and pharmacies. The distance from Nafplio is 7 km (8 minutes driving) and about 150 km (1 hour and 30 minutes driving) from Athens.

You may come either using the National Highway, Athens - Tripoli, following the signs directing to Nafplio, or get directed to Epidavros through Corinth Canal (Isthmos), going on through Lygourio, which is another suggestion for a picturesque itinerary. There is also the possibility of public transport by buses running on hourly timetables from Athens to Nafplio.
