The house is located in the village of Marzamemi, today one of the most known seaside resorts of Sicily, with a fascinating historical center and an ancient tonnara. Near our house there are several cafes and restaurants.

Musical performances in July and August.

In the summer months there is a supermarket open 100 meters from the house.

There are buses that connect Marzamemi with the nearby town of Pachino but they are not very frequent, it is always better to have a car to visit the beautiful surroundings.

In the summer months the road in front of the house from 11 to 24 is closed to traffic. At 100 meters there is still a large parking lot that costs 2 euros per day.

La casa si trova nel paesino di Marzamemi, oggi une delle piu' conosciute localita' balneari della Sicilia, con un affascinante centro storico e un'antica tonnara. Vicino alla nostra casa vi sono diversi caffe' e ristoranti.

Nei mesi estivi c'è un supermercato aperto a 100 metri dalla casa.

Vi sono degli autobus che collegano Marzamemi con il vicino paese di Pachino ma non sono molto frequenti, e' sempre meglio avere una macchina anche per visitare i bellissimi dintorni.

Nei mesi estivi la strada davanti casa dalle 11 alle 24 viene chiusa al traffico. A 100 metri c'è comunque un grandissimo parcheggio che costa 2 euro al giorno
