How to get there
Paths for the Douro Castedo House FROM PORTO Take the A4 motorway in the direction VILA REAL. This highway has a tunnel with 5,6Km. Continue on the A4 towards Vila Real - Bragança About 20 km after the tunnel, take EXIT 27, following the sign indicating ALIJÓ / Miranda do Douro. Follow the IC5 about 10 km, take the EXIT ALIJÓ, entering the N212. Follow about 5 km on the N212 towards ALIJÓ. ALIJÓ reached in the 1st roundabout take the 1st exit, go ahead, at the 2nd roundabout take the 3rd exit, go ahead and at the 3rd roundabout, take the 3rd exit towards Castedo / Vilarinho Quotas / Varzim. Go 6 km in the M597 until you reach the village of Castedo.
