From the M5 leave the motorway at junction 30, taking the A376 signed Exmouth and Sidmouth. At the first roundabout take the 3rd exit signed Exmouth and Budleigh Salterton. At the 2nd roundabout turn left to Woodbury and Budleigh Salterton. Carry straight along this road, through Woodbury village and follow signs/turn right to Budleigh Salterton, then right again (continue to follow signs). At the roundabout take the left turning signposted Budleigh Salterton, continue into the town centre along the main street.

Midway along the high street, turn left up Chapel Street, the house is at the top on the left hand side. The postcode for the cottage is EX9 6LX. Parking is in the car port on West Terrace and additional cars can park along East/West Terrace at the top of Chapel Street or at the Pay & Display car park in town or at the seafront. Dropping off luggage at the front or back of the house is not a problem.

When you arrive, you should access the house the house by going through the back gate on West Terrace. To the right of the back door is a lean to shed with screen and mounted on the right hand side inside is a masterlock key box, which gives you the door key. I will leave additional house keys inside the house for you to use during your stay. Arrival anytime from 4pm is fine and we ask that you check out by 11am on the day of your departure.
