If flying, then you will probably go Ryanair to Carcassonne (or Easyjet/BA/Air France to Toulouse). Driving from Carcassonne airport you exit the airport at the end of the car park and are immediately onto a roundabout. Take the third exit, and at the next roundabout, take the third exit signposted to Mazamet/toutes directions. Continue on this for about a mile until you come to another roundabout with an E Leclerc hypermarket on the left. At this roundabout, take the third exit (the N113). You drive through Pezens and then turn right at a roundabout onto D629 to Saissac. When you reach Saissac look out for the Boulangerie - we are 4 houses up from there - number 7.
