When Driving from Aberdeen to Huntly bypass on A96, take the B9022 signed Portsoy After about 10 k you come to the cross roads (left to Keith right to Rothiemay) continue for about 1.2k take a right signed Marnoch.

Go up the hill for about 1k, then fork right down to Barnhill. (first house on left).

The Old Steadings on on your right.
