From the A1 proceed along the A68 towards The North Pennines until you reach the A689 signposted 'Weardale North Pennines' join this road and travel west through various villages for approx. 18 miles until you pass through the village of St Johns Chapel, the next village is Ireshopburn, travelling through the village you will find the property located on the right handside. There is a bus stop sign on the edge of the pavement at the front of the property. Parking is to the right handside through the metal gates.

From Alston follow A689 signposted towards Nenthead. Continue over Killhope moor and down into Weardale. Bear right at the junction at Cowshill then follow signs to Ireshopeburn . See above for property location in Village.
