How to get there
Transport from the airport to the apartment is possible by Aerobus (EUR 5 per person per way or EUR 8 with return trip) or by taxi (I can recommend a taxi driver that makes the special price for my guests, for waiting for you in the airport and bring you directly to the apartment where I will be waiting for you). There is also the possibility of renting a car from the airport.

Getting around
Just nearby you have coffee shops and restaurants with esplanades by the sea. Just in front of the apartment you have the Formosa beach and from here you can walk to Lido area (with natural swimming pools and a walking path along the sea with more coffee shops and restaurants along the way) or, to the other side, you can walk until Câmara de Lobos, a fishermen village (good to eat fresh fish) just 2,2 Km far along the beach. The city centre is only 10 minutes by car from the apartment and about 15 minutes by bus (there is a bus stop just on the upper road - the main road called "Estrada Monumental" - where the bus stop is situated). There is a new bus passing by each 15 minutes.
