We are located off N Hoagland Blvd (also called N Airport Rd/W. Carroll St.) 1 block north of Route 192 (Irlo Bronson Memorial Highway). From Orlando Airport: Take Airport Exit South out of the Orlando International Airport (South Access Rd. leading out of the Airport) to 417 South (Central Florida Greeneway). Continue on Rt 417 to John Young Parkway Exit South into Kissimmee. Make a right turn on W. Carroll St. Proceed past the Kissimmee Utility Authority (KUA) and past Dyer Blvd. Venetian Bay will be 1/2 mile ahead on your left. From I-4: Take Airport Exit North out of the Orlando International Airport to 528 West (Beech Line Expressway) to I-4 WEST toward TAMPA, Get off at I-4 exit 64 (old exit#25-A) Route 192 East (Irlo Bronson Memorial Highway/Vine St.). Follow 192 past mile marker 15, past Wal-Mart, past Medieval Times Dinner Theater to Hoagland Blvd and turn left at the light. Venetian Bay will be 3/4 of a mile past the Mall on your right hand side.
